The Ballroom Collective, founded by Adele Jang, Ashley Melville, and Mary Ida Spradlin, is dedicated to redefining the world of ballroom dance.

Through dynamic workshops, inspiring events, and comprehensive education, we aim to unite dancers of all styles and experience levels, fostering a community built on purpose, power, and connection. Our mission is to create opportunities for dancers to grow, perform, and collaborate while celebrating the artistry, athleticism, and storytelling that ballroom embodies. Whether through social events, competitive training, or immersive experiences, The Ballroom Collective exists to elevate dance, build lasting relationships, and inspire a new generation of ballroom enthusiasts.

"Fusing Style. Inspiring souls. Creating Legacy!”
